Sing Ireland Launches New Strategy for 2024-2029

On Thursday, 18 April 2024, the Sing Ireland Board and Team gathered with friends, colleagues and singers in The Museum of Litearature Ireland (Moli) to launch our new strategy for 2024-2029.

A special thank you in particular goes to those who shared their voice with us on the evening as well as the incredible music making from: St. Patrick's National School, Cellbridge; SIVE; David Hayes; Discovery Gospel Choir; Fay'd; Suzanne Buttimer and our many friends from our Song Seeking project in Tipperary. Thank you for sharing your joy for singing all of us.

At Sing Ireland, our work is about enhancing lives through singing and creating a positive future for all people living on the island of Ireland. Our commitment goes beyond the notes in this Plan as we strive to create a sense of belonging, unity, and joy for more people in Ireland, through the transformative power of singing.

'Sing Ireland is excited to launch its new strategy 2024-2029. We are ambitiously setting out to create belonging through group singing for people from a wide variety of contexts and backgrounds across Ireland. We look forward to collaborating with many passionate people and organisations to maximise the impact that Sing Ireland can make as we further our mission of a SINGing Ireland.' - Dermot O'Callaghan, CEO of Sing Ireland.

Take a look at what we've got planned as we invite you to join us on our mission towards our vision of a Sing(ing) Ireland.
