Forte Women’s Choir are Conducted by our award-winning Musical Director, Serena Standley, with our incredible Accompanist Joseph Norton. Forte Choir are a fun group of women of all ages, singing everything from pop, musical theatre, and rock to Disney classics and everything in between! No previous experience is necessary, as teach tracks are provided for all songs so you can learn by ear if you don’t read music! Choirs are an incredible opportunity for everyone to explore their voices, be a part of a great group of women, make beautiful music, and have a good laugh on a Tuesday evening! Forte enjoy our weekly rehearsals and perform at competitions and concerts/sing outs throughout the academic year. We are seeking all voice parts, so please don’t be shy! Send us a message and let’s get you singing! All ages and abilities welcomed, minimum age 15. We rehearse on Tuesdays 8:15-9:45pm in the Ardfallen Centre, Douglas, Cork. Join a choir, and take some time each week just for you!

There are no auditions, all we ask is interest in Estonian music and culture. The rehearsals take place at the Carraig Centre, Ballincollig, Co Cork every 1.st and 3rd Saturday of the month.

Blessington Millennium Choir

Blessington Millennium Choir was founded as an ecumenical initiative to celebrate the Christian Millennium Year 2000 in Blessington. Under the direction of Yvonne O'Conor the choir boasts between forty and fifty voices of all ages, Sopranos, Altos, Tenors and Basses. We sing for our own pleasure and, on occasions, have joined with other choirs. We sing to celebrate important occasions like Christmas and Easter and to raise much needed funds for local and national charities. In the past few years we have performed in Germany, France and the UK as well as supporting a number of charities here in Ireland.

Voices of Bray Community Choir

Voices of Bray Community Choir

Voices of Bray focuses on a repertoire of popular and occasional light classical music, with a firm emphasis on singing for fun. The choir also aims to foster a community spirit and social interaction among members and to promote well-being through the enjoyment of singing. Rehearsals take place on a weekly basis with full concert performances several times each year. The choir has also participated in choral competitions both in Ireland and overseas, having twice taken part in the North Wales Choral Festival. Apart from the entertainment factor, concert performances are undertaken as charity fundraising events. To date (2023) the choir has raised over €75,000 for various local charities and causes.

North Clondalkin Community Choir

The North Clondalkin Community Choir was established in September 2022. The choir is intergenerational in its composition with children and adults, many of whom are from the same family. Under the baton of Musical Director Noel Collins, the choir has grown from strength to strength over the past year. Noel is a professional musician and music teacher with over 18yrs experience teaching music at Post Primary level. There are approximately 50 members in the choir who are all from the locality. Our repertoire is eclectic and is not defined by any one genre. Our choir is scheduled to perform at the Vatican and Assisi early next year. Our focus in on producing quality performances in harmony while having fun!

Harmony Federation is a 30-strong male ‘a cappella’ group singing in the Barbershop style, founded at the Irish Association of Barbershop Singers (IABS) Convention in 2011, to become Ireland’s National Men’s Barbershop Chorus. We meet once a month in Dublin and draw our members from all over Ireland, most of whom also sing with other groups – mixed voice, male voice, musical societies, etc. Our Director since 2015 is the award-winning Linda Corcoran who brings a wealth of experience, boundless energy and a deep and genuine passion for close harmony singing and we are going from strength to strength under her direction.
